DELIVERY & SET-UP
When making your purchase from Frederick's Furniture Gallery, you have two options available to receive your new purchase.

Option 1: Pick-up - Free
Once you have been contacted that your purchase is ready, you will need to schedule an appointment for pick up at least 3 days in advance.

Option 2: White Glove Delivery
White glove service includes full delivery and set up. Your product will be opened and inspected at our warehouse. It will then be blanket wrapped, delivered and placed in the room(s) of your choice. Your room must be ready for the new items to be placed, as we will not move your existing furniture to make room for the new items.
Please Note: The cost for this service will be determined at the time of purchase, by the amount of your purchase and the location of your delivery.

MAKE SURE IT FITS!!
Before making your purchase, take a few measurements of, not only the room where your furniture is going, but also of your doorways, halls and stairways, to ensure a smooth delivery.  Dimensions are available for all pieces from your salesperson. Also, make sure that any doors, light fixtures or railings that would impede the delivery are removed prior to your furniture arriving. 
Custom order merchandise that is returned due to not being able to fit into your home, will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special order merchandise requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Since this merchandise has been ordered to your specifications, the order can not be canceled once it has been submitted to the manufacturer.  Any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

 

DELAYED ORDERS
Anticipated delivery dates on special order merchandise are approximate, based on our previous experiences with each manufacturer.  Due to current supply chain issues worldwide, delivery times on all items are experiencing ongoing delays beyond anyone's control. We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries of custom orders from our suppliers. Any custom order canceled due to a delayed delivery, will result in forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
We will do our best to keep you informed, as information is provided to us by our suppliers.
